TESTIMONIALS

Client Stories from the Intentional Eating Program

“I’ve been working with Kelli for a few years now and I’m glad that I decided to try a
nutritionist for my health journey. When I began this virtual journey I wasn’t sure how it would
go, but after a few visits I was able to develop a lasting relationship with Kelli. She has always
given me great feedback on all things I’ve asked, sent me recipes and just encouraged me to
continue the work. I had become lax on my diet 6 months ago which caused my cholesterol to
increase and I was honest with her on what I was eating and that I had gotten lax, so I told her I
would get back on it and my numbers would be better. I’m glad to announce my cholesterol has
decreased drastically and I will stay on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Thank you Kelli for all you
have done to help me on my journey.”

“I have seen Ms. Kelley for years. She’s been a part of my family’s treatment for more than a
decade. She treated my mom and dad, then my mom took me to see her when I was struggling with
an eating disorder. She helped me get through those hard times and has continued to see me
through my chronic illness. I couldn’t recommend a more thoughtful and well-rounded dietitian.”

“Kelli helped me have a safe and happy pregnancy following years of battling eating disorders.
I’m so glad I found her.”

“At the beginning of my weight-loss journey, Kelli provided amazing guidance. Her approach is to
make sustainable changes, trade empty calories for more nutritious foods, and create habits that
become second nature. I never felt like I was on a diet; the knowledge of the way food would
affect my body made healthy swaps easy. Trading one cracker for another goes from empty little
bread squares to fiber-rich, tasty ones that will sustain fullness while providing healthy benefits.
The gentleness of her approach and practical, workable suggestions helped me lose 75 pounds. I
did the work, and she helped so much!”

Joyce, Texas

“I began working with Kelli in December 2023, right before the new year. I was shocked that my
sessions were covered by my insurance. Kelli gave me all the tools I needed to be successful.
We set a goal for me to lose 30 lbs and I did that within the first few months of our visits. In
total, I have now lost over 35 lbs and have kept it off for over 2 years.
Not only did she help me make better food choices, our meetings held me accountable. At each
session, she walked me through my prior week’s food log and helped me determine what I could
change or what was working well. Once I understood what exactly my body needed, I was able to
build recipes and menus to make delicious healthy food that even my picky family enjoyed.
I highly recommend Kelli and have encouraged my friends and family to take the leap and contact
her. You will not be disappointed.”

Traci Turner

“Very smart, friendly, and trustworthy. She knows what she’s talking about. Her knowledge of
nutrition and what you should and should not eat—and the way she gets that across to you—makes
it relatable and easy to understand.”

shape, Leah remains hopeful for restored, high-quality rural healthcare and plans to continue
